The dispositive issue in this case is whether premises liability can be imposed on landlords for injuries inflicted by a tenants dog. We decline to hold landlords responsible under these circumstances. Therefore, we reverse the district courts refusal to grant the landlords motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
